Philip’s strong commercial and operational background in supply chain and general business environments gives him unique insight and an in depth understanding of our customers challenges. He believes integrity and hard work is the driver of success, and appreciates receiving great feedback from customers. Spare time activities includes gardening, air shows and going to the theatre.

Jamie deals with sales enquiries from new customers and manages our existing customers’ accounts. Jamie enjoys selling the company as well as the products. – and taking people through the software demos. You’re likely to find him mountain biking in his spare time.

Chris’ role manages the Customer Service, Technical Support and Project Management teams – and thrives to always provide great service through thorough, efficient investigations to surpass expectations. Enjoys Cycling, Swimming, Travel and Warhammer 40k.

Emma bridge technical intricacies with overarching strategic objectives, ensuring alignment between day-to-day tasks and long-term goals, fostering cohesion and efficiency across all levels of the project. Emmas enjoys cooking, sewing and reading outside of work.

Jack thrives in fast-paced environments, leveraging his strong problem-solving abilities to provide efficient solutions to complex technical issues. He is a big Hull City fan with interests in cricket, American football, and video games, music and film.

Bradley brings high energy and spirit to the team whilst providing technical and infrastructure services for our customers. He enjoys seeing constant progress and growth being made at the company, and outside of work going to the gym, travelling and good food.

As a Salesforce developer, Matthew designs, codes and implements Salesforce integrations, ensuring they meet client needs and perform efficiently within the salesforce platform. Matthew enjoys gaming, football and computers.

Shane has been part of the SmarterPay for over seven years, working on SmarterPay cloud and back-end technologies which including the on-premise solutions. Outside of work, Shane enjoys home brewing and DIY.

Having started at SmarterPay in 2022, Steven enjoys finding new and practical ways to solve problems he encounters as focusses on SmarterPay Cloud development.
In his free time he likes quiz nights, gaming and collecting more books than he can hope to read.

William has been with us for 10 years and has contributed to SmarterPay’s growth. He enjoys being presented with puzzles and challenges that need to be solved to high standard in an efficient and cohesive manner. Hobbies include homebrewing, exercising, reading, music and gardening.

Thomas has been in the software industry for over 10 years. Having only recently joined the SmarterPay team, he looks forwards to a helping the team in any way he can. He enjoys weightlifting, and American football having played for Hull’s very own Humber Warhawks.

Mike tests our products in order to find bugs and improve the overall customer experience and stability of the systems. He also helps define the future of our products. Mike enjoys watching and listening to music, theatre and films; doing sound and lighting for live music and theatre.

Laura provides administrative support to maintain a smooth workflow. She loves communicating with a range of different customers and working with a great group of colleagues. In her spare time she watches her son play rugby league, and enjoys girls’ day with her daughter and time with family.

Lindsay strives to always help customers solve any queries or problems that they may be experiencing. Having recently joined SmarterPay, she is learning new skills having spent over 20 years in the hospitality trade. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys reading, walking her dogs and socialising with friends and family.
